Over a couple of steaming bowls of oatmeal this morning, the husband read me this little excerpt from the FT:
Car boots that pop up when a user thinks “open” came a step closer to reality on Tuesday after Honda showed off technology for using human thoughts to control machines.
The Japanese carmaker showed a video of a man imagining four simple movements – raising his right hand, raising his left hand, running and eating – which were then duplicated by Asimo, the company’s humanoid robot.{...}
